The Fleet Reserve Club (FRC) is an independent entity, incorporated in the State of Maryland as a non-profit veteran's organization under IRS code 501(c)(19) VET ORG, managed by a board of governors. Veterans of any service are eligible to join as associate members. They will need a corporate member sponsor and must have DD-214 showing their service.
The FRC is also home for Branch 24 of the Fleet Reserve Association (FRA). The board of governors is elected from the "Corporate Body." The corporate body is defined as those members of Branch 24 who are either on active duty or retired from a sea service (Navy, Marines and Coast Guard) and have had enlisted time. Although sea services veterans can join the FRA and Branch 24 they cannot be corporate members or vote as such.
There will be no Chairman
message this month as our
Chairman, Ken Carter was
not reelected to the Board of
Governors at the December
Corporate Meeting. Mr. Carter
has been involved with the
FRC since 1968, many years
as the Chairman. He saw us
through two major renovations,
a major flood repair and
countless boat shows. If you
get the chance be sure to
shake his hand and thank him
for his years of dedicated
service to the Fleet Reserve
Club. Thanks Ken!
Happy New Year to all our club members

great year! Please read our specials this
month as we have several great deals!
